BNI Global is seeking a Director, Franchise Development to join their team in Miami, Florida. The role involves achieving annual franchise unit growth objectives through strategic franchising sales plans.
About the Role
As the Director, Franchise Development, you will own US markets for franchise sales, generate prospects, and convert them to meet sales goals. You will build pipelines for conversion opportunities, collaborate with brand leadership, and maintain updates in FranConnect. Your responsibilities include developing presentations for brand leadership, leveraging market data, and guiding prospects through the franchise sales process.
About You
Required:
Bachelor’s degree
5 – 8 years of Franchise sales experience/leadership with an emphasis on business development or management consulting
Demonstrated success in Franchise Sales/Development
Ability to perform multifaceted presentations both in person and virtually
Basic understanding of sales CRM systems and intermediate to advanced skill level in Microsoft Suite programs
Willingness to travel often, including US franchise trade shows (25+% if located in Charlotte; 50% in remote US)
