About the Role
As the Director, Fund/Client Accounting Manager, you will oversee a Fund Accounting area, manage financial and human resources, execute business plans, and ensure effective client relationship management. You will also lead compliance with GAAP and IFRS regulations, communicate complex accounting details to clients, and develop staff to enhance team effectiveness.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 7-10 years of total work experience with at least 3-5 years in management.
Preferred:
- Experience in a Big 4 accounting firm.
