About the Role
As a Director of Generative AI Software Engineering, you will define and execute the generative AI roadmap, lead ideation and prototyping of AI-driven solutions, manage multiple SCRUM teams, and oversee the development of complex, scalable SaaS products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals and drive innovation in the legal technology space.
About You
Required:
- 15+ years in software engineering
- 5+ years in progressive technical leadership/people management
- Tech stack expertise in C#, Azure, React
- SaaS product experience required, preferably in high-scale, customer-facing platforms
- Proven track record leading multiple teams doing AI projects (LLMs, agents, MCP Servers, prompt engineering)
- Familiar with GitHub Copilot, Cursor or Devon
- Bachelor's or Master’s in Computer Science or related field
