About You
- Bachelor's degree required, advanced degree preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive global benefits experience, including demonstrated leadership of global teams.
- Strong hands-on experience leading benefits due diligence and integration in complex global M&A transactions.
- Deep technical expertise in global benefits design, funding structures, compliance and regulatory environments across the United States, Canada, Europe, and India.
- Experience in a fast-paced, acquisition-driven, or high-growth organization.
- CEBS certification.
- Latin America experience.
