- 6+ years of experience in performance / biddable media with deep expertise across programmatic, paid social, and search.
- Proven leadership experience at a global or multi-regional level within a media agency or similar environment.
- Demonstrated success building and scaling global operating models, best practices, and transformation initiatives.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
- Deep experience managing senior partnerships with major media and technology platforms.
- Strategic, highly organized, and comfortable navigating complex matrixed organizations.
- Strong change leader with a growth mindset and client-first orientation.
