About the Role
As the Director of Global Employee Investigations, you will be responsible for conducting sensitive investigations related to harassment, discrimination, and workplace misconduct. You will establish investigation standards, provide guidance to HR teams, ensure compliance with employment laws, and develop employee relations strategies aligned with Jabil's values. This role requires collaboration with Legal and Compliance teams and involves training HR leaders on investigation processes.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in employee relations, workplace investigations, or employment law.
Preferred:
- Master's degree or Juris Doctor.
- Experience in a global or matrixed environment.
- Bilingual in Spanish.
