The role involves serving as the enterprise Business System Owner for Takeda's Document Management System and Learning Management System, driving design, implementation, and deployment of electronic systems.
About the Role
As Director, Global Quality Systems (DMS & LMS), you will lead the implementation and lifecycle management of DMS and LMS solutions, ensuring compliance with global standards and GxP requirements. You will act as the primary escalation point for complex issues, translate business needs into technical solutions, and maintain a strong understanding of system configurations. Your responsibilities will also include defining business processes, leading change management initiatives, and driving digital innovation within the organization.
About You
Required:
- Extensive experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry with knowledge of GxP regulations and global quality standards.
- Proven leadership in enterprise-level DMS and/or LMS ownership, including strategy and implementation.
Preferred:
- Experience in a large, global pharma or biotech company, preferably from a top-20 global pharmaceutical organization.
- A track record of promoting digitalization and innovative thinking, including AI and automation in quality contexts.
