About the Role
As the Director of Global Supply Chain - Direct Sourcing, you will set strategic goals and develop a vision for sourcing performance. You will lead global sourcing teams, implement multi-year plans, design sourcing strategies, manage supplier relationships, and coach teams to achieve high performance.
About You
Required:
- 10 years of team leadership and people management experience.
- 12 years of global strategic sourcing/procurement experience in a high growth, retail/manufacturing/CPG environment.
- Advanced analytical skills in business planning, financial management, and budget management.
- Knowledge of global market analysis, sourcing category strategy, and supplier relationship management.
Preferred:
- Experience with commodity risk management and corporate social responsibility programs.
- Familiarity with critical sourcing legal requirements and contracting best practices.
