About You
- +8 years of related trade/marketing experience
- Undergraduate degree required; MBA a plus
- Must have beauty experience, ideally in skincare/fragrance
- Experience with retail channels including Ulta and Amazon
- Strong business acumen and results-oriented mindset
- Ability to manage complexity and foster best practice thinking
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong leadership presence with top leaders including heads of markets and Executive Committee members
