About the Role
As the Director of Healthcare Operations, you will execute administrative and employment services, serve as the initial point of contact for leadership on management issues, ensure compliance, manage budgets, analyze requests from leadership, improve system-wide performance, address labor-management issues, oversee team members, and participate in leadership committees.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Health Care Services, public administration or a similar field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
- 5 or more years of progressively responsible management experience within a health care facility or medical group practice.
Preferred:
- Demonstrated competencies in planning, decision-making, and implementation.
- Proficiency in contract management and excellent client management skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
