About the Role
As a Director in the Healthcare Risk Management & Advisory practice, you will manage the lifecycle of projects, design complex data models, and provide industry-specific analytics solutions. You will interact with clients and team members, oversee project documentation, and participate in business development efforts. The role requires a deep understanding of healthcare regulations and the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a high-pressure environment.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 5 years of relevant post-graduate experience.
- Experience delivering consulting services for Healthcare clients.
- Experience managing multiple workstreams/projects and client relationships.
- Experience using SQL and Python for data analysis.
- Ability to travel to clients and FTI office(s) as needed.
Preferred:
- Experience using data visualization tools like Tableau and Power BI.
- Experience with data collection and standardization techniques.
- Proficiency in data science concepts including natural language processing and statistical analysis.
- Knowledge of data governance and data privacy best practices.
