About the Role
As the Director of HR, you will coach, consult, and advise leaders on HR programs and services, support talent management, and resolve associate relations issues. You will lead the DC HR team, drive execution of HR programs, build relationships with associates and leaders, and leverage data analysis to identify and address business issues. The role includes managing performance management programs and handling associate relations issues.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 7+ years HR leadership experience
- Demonstrated expertise in all aspects of Human Resources Management
- Ability to influence all levels of leadership
- Strong business acumen
- Knowledge of local, state and federal employment laws
Preferred:
- PHR/SPHR certification
- 3+ years retail industry or distribution center experience
- Ability to utilize tools (Workday) to leverage data
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
