DaVita Kidney Care is seeking a Director, IKC Operations to join their team in Northern California, Oregon, and Washington. The role involves leading the Integrated Kidney Care (IKC) team to improve patient outcomes and drive program success in the Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) program.
About the Role
As a Market Director, you will manage a complex market, lead a dedicated team, and foster partnerships with nephrologists and DaVita Kidney Care partners. Key responsibilities include team leadership, operational excellence, and strategic growth, with a focus on improving patient care and preventing hospital readmissions.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related area; Master's preferred.
- Minimum of six (6) years’ supervisory experience.
- Proven experience in operational leadership in a value-based care or clinical healthcare setting.
- Strong talent management skills with experience in hiring and developing top talent.
- Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Preferred:
- Experience managing complex market dynamics, such as growth and new program launches.
- Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with physicians and partners.
- Ability to work in a hybrid model with local and regional travel.
