About the Role
About You
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field with 12 years of progressive IT leadership experience, or a Master's degree with at least 8 years of experience.
- Minimum of 5 years in a senior management role.
- Proven track record in cloud infrastructure (Google Cloud platform, AWS), enterprise system integration, and cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001).
- Demonstrated success in leading digital transformation projects and integrating AI/automation into organizational workflows.
- Strong understanding of global data privacy regulations (GDPR, etc.) and data management best practices.
- Exceptional communicator capable of translating technical complexity into clear business value for non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in IT strategy development, systems integration, and cybersecurity in international development or nonprofit organizations.
- Knowledge of cloud technologies, enterprise systems, and data analytics tools.
