About the Role
As the Director of IT, you will provide ongoing analysis and planning of information technology services, recommend and plan IT initiatives, direct the implementation of new/upgraded information systems, evaluate IT procedures for efficiency, ensure user support, lead and develop IT staff, maintain compliance with regulations, and oversee the company's Disaster Recovery Plan.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Minimum two years experience in facility operations management.
- Minimum two years experience in healthcare administration/management.
- Demonstrated leadership ability to lead people and achieve results.
- Ability to think ahead and plan over a 12-60 month time span.
- Strong management skills to organize and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience in information systems development and implementation.
- Strong problem analysis and resolution skills.
- Technical skills and experience in Local and Wide Area Networks.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Preferred:
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive related experience within a hospital setting.
- Technical software skills that meet the needs of HPMC.
- Experience with system conversion.
