As the Director of Application Delivery, you will serve as an innovative thought leader and trusted advisor, collaborating with business leaders and IT teams to coordinate and execute initiatives. Your responsibilities will include providing technical leadership, ensuring strategic alignment, managing vendor partnerships, and driving technology and process innovation.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science or related field and 10+ years of experience in IT.
- 5+ years of demonstrated experience in team management/development.
- In-depth experience in SAP and/or JD Edwards.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred:
- Broad business applications experience in Consumer Products, Food Manufacturing and/or Agribusiness.
- Experience with different SDLC and technology change management models/practices.
- Solid analytical skills and experience engaging cross-functional teams.
