Summary

CSG is seeking a Director, IT Procurement to join their team in the United States. The role involves executing and continuously improving the strategy of a world-class IT procurement function, collaborating across business units, and managing complex contract negotiations.

About the Role

As the Director, IT Procurement, you will provide strategic sourcing and negotiation expertise within IT spend categories, lead negotiation strategies for high-value sourcing events, serve as a trusted advisor to IT stakeholders, and manage supplier relationships. You will also oversee the Supplier Onboarding and Management programs, conduct business review meetings, and lead the IT Procurement team with a service-oriented mindset.

About You

Required:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Supply Chain, Accounting, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
10 - 12 years of overall strategic sourcing and IT procurement experience.
Experience in Category Management approach, especially within IT categories.
Ability to negotiate complex technology agreements that align with business needs.
Excellent management and supervisory skills with experience managing extended global teams.

Preferred:

Experience in running complex Sourcing events (RFx) and analyzing results.
Excellent relationship management skills and collaboration expertise with all business functions and executive level management.
Leadership, project management, research, and analytical skills.
Exceptional oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
