- 8+ years marketing experience, with an emphasis on digital marketing.
- Minimum 5 years in mortgage or financial services industry.
- 2+ years previous people leadership experience.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Deep understanding of all facets of the mortgage business.
- Strong working knowledge of social media and digital marketing.
- Solid project management skills with experience leading initiatives.
