About the Role
About You
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Labor and Employee Relations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of federal, state, and city laws pertaining to employment and labor relations.
- Juris Doctorate or Master’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Proven experience in a healthcare setting at a Director Level.
- Strong leadership skills including organization, project management, delegation, problem-solving, communication, change management, and analytical skills.
