Maiden Home is seeking a Director, Logistics & Operations to build and scale their transportation, logistics, and distribution network for delivering furniture nationwide.
About the Role
As the Director of Logistics & Operations, you will activate a flexible and cost-efficient network of partners to support Maiden Home's omni-channel model. You will define the in-home delivery experience, develop supply chain solutions, and manage P&L for home delivery and reverse logistics. Your role will involve leading cross-functional projects, enhancing customer experience, and building logistics partnerships to optimize service levels.
About You
Required:
- 8+ years of professional experience in Operations, Supply Chain & Logistics, Transportation and/or Management Consulting.
- Deep understanding of freight, distribution, and home delivery operating models.
Preferred:
- Exposure to a high-growth, omni-channel startup environment.
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
