About the Role
As the Director of Creative Operations, you will establish scalable operations for derivative content creation, champion modular content strategies, and introduce AI-enabled workflows to enhance creative production. You will partner with various teams to set operational standards and drive agency management, while also leading a creative operations team focused on innovation and compliance.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree and 12+ years of relevant experience, OR Master's degree and 10+ years of relevant experience, OR PhD and 8+ years of relevant experience.
Preferred:
- Proven experience in agency management and leading creative teams delivering content across all digital channels.
- Extensive expertise in modular content strategies and derivative content creation in regulated environments.
- Deep knowledge of Veeva Vault PromoMats and Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems.
- Strong leadership experience in managing creative, development, or project management teams.
- In-depth understanding of the pharmaceutical marketing and regulatory landscape.
