About the Role

As the Director of Marketing Strategy for Grassroots Fundraising & Development, you will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing plans that enhance donor acquisition, retention, and advocacy. You will collaborate with various teams to create compelling campaigns, identify audience segments, and optimize strategies based on data insights. Additionally, you will serve as the primary marketing strategist for grassroots fundraising initiatives, ensuring cohesive multi-channel engagement journeys.

About You

Required:

10+ years of professional experience in B2B marketing or fundraising marketing, with progressive leadership growth.
Demonstrated success in translating organizational objectives into integrated grassroots marketing strategies with clear goals and measurable outcomes.
Experience in developing and executing multi-channel campaigns that drive donor acquisition and retention.

Preferred:

Nonprofit or advocacy experience.
Proven ability to collaborate across complex organizations and influence without direct authority.
Strong relationship-building skills with internal teams and senior stakeholders.
