About the Role
As the Director of Software & Systems Engineering, you will provide technical leadership, mentor junior engineers, and drive the development of software and systems for Axoft's first medical device product. Your responsibilities will include defining software architecture, leading systems engineering activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, electrical engineering, systems engineering, or related field.
- 10+ years in software and systems engineering with significant experience in software architecture for complex, safety-critical systems.
Preferred:
- Expertise leading multifunctional software teams including embedded systems and real-time operating systems.
- Hands-on experience with MBSE methodologies and SysML modeling tools.
