The position requires collaboration with medical staff to maintain regulatory standards and promote effective nursing practices.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree and Master's degree, one of which must be in nursing.
- Three years of experience in a clinical setting, with two years in a management role.
- RN - Registered Nurse - Texas State Licensure and Magnet-ANCC Recognized Leadership Certification.
Preferred:
- Demonstrated leadership qualities and critical thinking skills.
- Extensive knowledge of regulatory and accreditation agency requirements.
