About the Role
As the Director of ABA Clinical Services, you will be responsible for leading clinical teams, ensuring individualized and evidence-based care for children with autism. Your duties will include mentoring Supervising Clinicians and Behavior Technicians, driving client progress through data-driven decisions, and collaborating with Area Directors to align staffing and service quality. You will also champion ethical ABA practices and support the development of future clinicians through mentorship programs.
About You
Required:
- At least 3 years of experience working with children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder in a clinical setting.
- 3+ years of supervisory experience preferred, or a strong track record of successful case oversight and mentorship.
Preferred:
- Experience navigating challenging clinical situations and supporting teams through high-stress moments.
- Familiarity with Practical Functional Assessment (PFA), Skills-Based Treatment (SBT), and assent-based ABA practices.
Benefits
- Base salary of $100,000–$105,000 plus bonus opportunities averaging $2,500/month.
