- 10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including senior-level leadership.
- Strong command of US GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Experience in multi-location or multi-entity organizations.
- ERP system experience.
- ERP implementation or optimization exposure.
- Experience supporting organizational growth or acquisitions.
- Collaborative communication style with executive presence.
- Familiarity with Sage Intacct.
