About the Role
As the Director of Admissions and Marketing, you will leverage your marketing skills to represent CareCore at Montgomery in the healthcare arena, drive census growth through targeted strategies, manage admission processes, conduct tours for potential residents, handle referrals, engage in community outreach, and assist in developing and executing marketing plans.
About You
Required:
- Minimum of 2 years in a healthcare setting.
- Proven experience in admissions within a healthcare setting, specifically in Long Term Care (LTC) or Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF).
Preferred:
- Established professional contacts with area doctors and hospitals.
- Strong leadership, communication, and sales/marketing skills.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required.
