About the Role

As the Director of Aftermarket Sales, you will oversee all commercial aspects of the aftermarket division, including contract sales, parts sales, and repair and refurbishment offerings. You will manage a fragmented sales team, implement CRM tools for process consistency, and develop strategies to grow revenue and expand customer relationships across major verticals.

About You

Required:

Minimum 10 years of professional work experience in sales, sales leadership, engineering or related experience.
Proven experience in aftermarket sales, preferably in industrial or manufacturing sectors.
Strong track record of driving revenue growth and leading commercial teams.
Expertise in CRM systems and process standardization.

Preferred:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
Strategic thinker with exceptional closing skills.
Operational acumen and ability to manage complex sales functions.
Ability to lead through change and integrate disjointed teams into a cohesive unit.
