About the Role
As the Director of Alliances & Partnerships, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive partnerships strategy, identifying and negotiating strategic partnerships, driving revenue growth through partner channels, managing partner relationships, coaching team members, collaborating with various teams, optimizing processes for managing partnerships, leading negotiations for partnership agreements, and tracking partnership performance metrics.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in business-related field.
- Proven experience in a senior partnerships role within the SaaS industry.
- 8 years of experience in a sales leadership position.
- In-depth knowledge of selling strategies and methods.
- Experience in coaching a team or other team members.
- Strong working knowledge of the company, competition, and category.
- Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
Preferred:
- Great strategic planning, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
