About the Role
As the Director of Brand Marketing, you will develop and oversee a comprehensive brand marketing strategy that includes both in-real-life (IRL) and digital campaigns. You will shape campaign architecture, collaborate with executive leadership on budgets and ROI targets, and present marketing plans to stakeholders. Additionally, you will partner with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to align marketing with company growth goals, establish KPIs for brand health, and manage a creative team to drive brand equity efficiently.
About You
Required:
- 8+ years of brand marketing experience, primarily at consumer-facing brands with millions of customers.
- Strong understanding of maximizing brand equity through various marketing channels including organic social, OOH, and IRL activations.
- Proven experience in building and scaling brands with significant metric impact.
Preferred:
- Experience in a consumer social app and/or marketplace.
- Ability to operate in ambiguity and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent storytelling and cross-functional collaboration skills.
