About You
- 10+ years of brand marketing experience.
- Proven ability to establish and protect premium brand positioning for sophisticated high-net-worth audiences.
- Seasoned leader and people manager with a consultative approach.
- Impeccable visual judgment and ability to direct designers and creative partners.
- Direct hands-on experience in brand or creative industries.
- Experience with significant and multinational rebrands.
- Quantitative mindset with excellent analytical and reporting skills.
- Strong content development, messaging, and storytelling skills.
- Experience managing PR and events agencies.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to operate autonomously.
- Experience in financial services, professional services, or luxury client segments.
- Experience across both consumer and institutional and B2B2C audiences.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite or ability to QA creative work.
- Proficiency with design storyboarding and workflow tools (i.e. Canva, Figma, Miro).
- Experience scaling a brand function from startup to mature operation.
- Strong understanding of digital brand channels and metrics.
- Ability to work collaboratively and creatively in a lean marketing environment.
- Strong project management and prioritization skills.
- Experience working in a growing, matrixed organization.
