Summary
MyFundedFutures is seeking a Director of Brokerage Operations - Introducing Broker to join their team in Dallas, TX (Preferred Hybrid). The role involves leading the launch and day-to-day management of a new introducing broker, shaping systems, processes, and team dynamics.
About the Role
As the Director of Brokerage Operations, you will oversee the launch and build-out of the introducing broker, manage daily operations including account onboarding and compliance, serve as the primary liaison with clearing firms and regulators, and develop operational policies and risk management frameworks. You will also provide strategic input to executive leadership on growth initiatives.
About You
Required:
- 10+ years of brokerage operations experience, ideally with a background in launching or scaling an introducing broker or broker-dealer.
- Strong knowledge of FINRA, NFA, CFTC, and SEC regulatory requirements.
- Proven ability to build systems and teams from scratch in a regulated environment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
Preferred:
- FINRA Series 27/28, Series 99, or other relevant registrations strongly preferred (or ability to obtain quickly).
- Tech-savvy and comfortable integrating clearing systems, OMS, and compliance tools.
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Dallas, TX (preferred hybrid role).
