- 7+ years of experience in healthcare strategy and operations.
- Proven track record of building and scaling complex initiatives from the ground up.
- Strong financial acumen, including experience with financial models and market entry analyses.
- Exceptional communication skills to engage C-suite executives.
- MBA or equivalent experience, especially with P&L ownership.
- Experience in oncology value-based care.
- Industry expertise at the intersection of oncology and pharma/life sciences.
- Experience in healthcare M&A and due diligence processes.
Benefits
- Base salary range of $175k–$210k, with eligibility for bonuses.
