- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, biotechnology, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum 8–10 years of business development experience in biologics-focused CDMO or biotech/pharma environment.
- Proven success in securing and managing large-scale biologics contracts.
- Deep understanding of biologics development and manufacturing processes.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to travel as required for client engagements and industry events.
