TimelyCare is seeking a Director of Business Systems to lead the strategy, governance, and execution of their growing business systems ecosystem in Dallas, TX.
About the Role
As the Director of Business Systems, you will manage and evolve core GTM and operational platforms, including Salesforce and CPQ, to support scalable growth and improve operational efficiency. You will lead the business systems strategy, partner cross-functionally with various teams, translate business processes into technical requirements, and oversee the implementation of systems. Additionally, you will manage external consultants, provide leadership to a small internal team, and establish governance practices across systems.
About You
Required:
7 or more years of experience in business systems, enterprise applications, or RevOps tools, including at least 2 years of people leadership.
Deep experience managing Salesforce and CPQ in a SaaS or high-growth environment.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred:
Familiarity with systems like Ironclad, Gainsight, Gong, Hubspot, Salesloft, and 6sense.
Experience leading systems change in environments with entrenched tools or processes.
