About the Role
As the Director of Clinical and Supportive Services, you will oversee the delivery of integrated services addressing the holistic needs of clients, including healthcare, mental health, and substance abuse treatment. You will ensure accurate documentation within the electronic health record, provide leadership to staff, and deliver direct services to clients with various health comorbidities.
About You
Required:
- Master's degree in Social Work, related field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum four years working in a social service setting.
- Experience with populations facing unstable housing, mental health disorders, and substance use disorders.
- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Preferred:
- Preferred licensure includes: LISW-S, LICDC, LPCC or licensure in related field.
- Experience with MOUD treatment program.
- Proficient use of computers, smartphones, tablets, and relevant software.
