- 10+ years of experience in home health and/or hospice leadership with a demonstrated track record of clinical quality improvement, regulatory compliance, and team development.
- Licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
- In-depth knowledge of the home health and hospice industries, including state and federal regulations and survey readiness.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Strong experience in data analysis and performance improvement.
- Ability to implement solutions to complex clinical challenges.
