About the Role
About You
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current state license as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
- Minimum of two (2) years' experience in a management position in Long Term Care, Assisted Living, or Skilled Nursing.
- Demonstrated knowledge of nursing practices and techniques as applied to resident care in the geriatric population.
- Solid understanding of resident assessments and care planning processes.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Minimum of two (2) years of supervisory and management experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new applications.
- Familiarity with residents diagnosed with Dementia.
- Demonstrated knowledge of federal, state, and local adult care regulations.
