About the Role
As a Director of Clinical Services, you will coordinate and oversee all direct and indirect patient services, provide supervision to clinical staff, perform chart audits, gather data for QAPI activities, and ensure compliance with regulations. You will also be responsible for staff orientation, evaluating patient needs, and maintaining clinical records.
About You
Required:
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
- Registered Nurse licensed by the state
- Minimum of 2 years nursing experience in home hospice or skilled home care
- At least one year of supervisory experience
- Ability to communicate well, both verbally and in writing
Preferred:
- Knowledge of business management and governmental regulations
- Ability to market and deal tactfully with customers and the community
- Demonstrated self-confidence and positive attitude
