About the Role
As the Director of Cloud Delivery and Client Services, you will serve as the executive partner to enterprise clients, lead complex digital transformation and cloud modernization initiatives, manage cross-functional teams, drive account expansion opportunities, and ensure client satisfaction and delivery quality. You will collaborate with senior leadership on service strategy and represent the organization in technical and business transformation discussions.
About You
Required:
- 8+ years in technology consulting, digital transformation leadership, or cloud consulting delivery.
- Proven success leading enterprise-scale transformation programs.
- Strong background working within consulting firms or high-growth professional services environments.
- Exceptional communication and executive stakeholder management skills.
Preferred:
- Experience overseeing multi-workstream project teams.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into business value and strategic outcomes.
