Summary
Bloom Growth™ is seeking a Director of Coach Partnerships to join their fully remote team. The role focuses on the growth of the coaching community by identifying and closing relationships with high-caliber entrepreneurs.
About the Role
As the Director of Coach Partnerships, you will be responsible for sourcing and closing at least 12-16 high-caliber growth coaches per quarter, modernizing the recruitment pipeline, leading high-impact discovery conversations, evolving outreach strategies, driving business development, ensuring cultural fit, and maintaining data integrity within the CRM.
About You
Required:
- 5+ years of high-performance experience in business development, high-ticket consultative sales, or channel partnerships.
- A track record of securing high-value, relationship-driven deals with founders or executive-level stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to optimize sales workflows, improve conversion metrics, and drive process improvements.
- The ability to influence and build immediate trust with experienced, successful entrepreneurs.
- Proficiency in managing complex pipelines and data integrity, ideally within HubSpot.
- Strong written and verbal skills used to lead high-stakes discovery and closing conversations.
Preferred:
- Experience in Software as a Service (SaaS) sales or ecosystem/channel partner sales.
- Experience working directly with entrepreneurs, founders, or executive-level stakeholders.
- Prior leadership or team management experience.
- Experience optimizing sales workflows and improving conversion funnels.
