You will assist in developing policies and procedures to ensure accurate coding for medical records, analyze regulations related to billing, and manage a team by conducting interviews, training, and performance appraisals.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor of Science in Health Information Management Administration or an Associates Degree in Health Information Management.
- Registered Health Information Administrator certification or Registered Health Information Technician certification.
Preferred:
- 5+ years of experience in medical coding, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
