About the Role
As the Director of Commercial Banking – Commercial Real Estate (CRE), you will develop and execute growth strategies, build relationships with commercial real estate stakeholders, oversee complex transactions, ensure adherence to credit standards, and lead a team of Commercial Loan Officers. You will also be responsible for enhancing the client experience and fostering a high-performing team culture.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of seven years of progressive experience in Commercial Real Estate lending, commercial banking, or related financial services.
- Demonstrated leadership experience with strong CRE underwriting, credit analysis, and portfolio management expertise.
Preferred:
- Degree in Finance, Business, Real Estate, or a related field; advanced degree or specialized banking/real estate education a plus.
- Deep knowledge of construction and income-producing commercial real estate markets.
