About the Role
As the Director of Community Support Services, you will develop departmental policies, monitor personnel adherence to procedures, interview and evaluate staff, oversee the Life Sharing program, assess service needs for families, assign cases, establish evaluation procedures, prepare yearly budgets, and ensure accurate billing.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in human services or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years' experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities.
- Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience.
- Valid Pennsylvania Driver’s License.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Preferred:
- Flexibility to meet the diverse and evolving needs of the facility.
- Ability to meet physical requirements, including standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and occasional lifting (10–25 pounds).
