As the Director of DEIB and Recruiting, you will chair the DEI committee, oversee all related activities, manage hiring platforms, and collaborate with hiring managers to fill open positions. You will also oversee recruiting activities through various channels and utilize an applicant tracking system to ensure all applicants are addressed.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Education, Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred.
- 1 year experience in targeted recruitment and DEI initiatives required.
- Driver's License and ability to maintain insurability throughout employment required.
Preferred:
- Relevant experience may substitute for the degree requirement.
