Servos is seeking a Director of Delivery - Client Services to join their remote team in the United States. The role focuses on leading high-performing teams and ensuring excellence in client delivery.
About the Role
As the Director of Delivery - Client Services, you will lead and mentor a team of engagement managers and delivery leads, manage project performance, and drive accountability through coaching and development plans. You will oversee project management from planning to execution, ensuring quality delivery standards while collaborating with various teams to align resources and improve client relations.
About You
Required:
5+ years of personnel management experience, including hiring, coaching, and performance oversight.
Strong communication skills to motivate teams and build trusted relationships.
Preferred:
Experience in project management for client-facing engagements, including scope, timelines, budgets, and risk oversight.
Proven track record in driving account growth and leading continuous improvement initiatives.
