About the Role
As the Director of Development & Communications, you will provide strategic oversight of all contributed revenue activities and public-facing communications. You will work closely with the Senior Leadership Team to deepen donor relationships, increase unrestricted funds, and promote a culture of storytelling that communicates impact and successes. Your responsibilities will include developing a comprehensive fundraising strategy, overseeing revenue streams, managing brand strategy, and leading integrated campaign planning.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or CFRE preferred.
- 3+ years prior experience working in a marketing or communications role.
- Proven success designing and executing marketing and communications strategies and campaigns.
Preferred:
- Experience managing teams, budgets, and complex projects.
- Strong understanding of donor psychology, storytelling, donor stewardship, and brand strategy.
- Experience producing video storytelling content.
