Director of Development, College of Architecture and Construction Management

Kennesaw State University is seeking a Director of Development for the College of Architecture and Construction Management to join their team in Kennesaw, Georgia. The role involves major gift fundraising and support programs through the identification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship of major gift prospects.

As the Director of Development, you will maintain continuous contact with key volunteers, prospects, donors, and lapsed donors. You will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding major gift prospects, focusing on individual, corporate, and foundation prospects primarily at the $100,000 level and above. You will coordinate solicitation efforts, research industry standards, and implement changes to maintain competitiveness. Additionally, you will assist in planning and implementing fundraising and alumni activities.
