About the Role
As the Director of Digital Experience, you will lead the digital strategy with a comprehensive view of the patient journey, identify opportunities for platform improvement, and drive data-driven decision-making. You will manage and mentor product roles, foster a culture of continuous learning, and oversee the enhancement of digital touchpoints. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to meet roadmap milestones and improve patient engagement.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Digital Strategy, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in digital experience leadership, preferably in healthcare, pharma, or regulated industries.
- Proven track record in user experience design, product strategy, and digital engagement.
- Strong knowledge of HIPAA and regulatory requirements impacting digital healthcare solutions.
- Experience managing and growing design teams.
- Expertise in usability testing, design validation, and data-driven design improvements.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
Preferred:
- Experience in digital healthcare platforms or patient support programs.
- Familiarity with A/B testing frameworks, survey tools, and data analytics platforms.
- Background in agile product development and collaboration with engineering teams.
- Knowledge of hub services market trends and competitive landscape.
