Required:
- Experience in Food Service Operations, Food Preparation, and Food Service.
- Proficient in P&L Management and Food & Beverage management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Preferred:
- Degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or related field.
- Previous experience in the healthcare or senior living industry.
